Cancellation Policy

Household Cleaning Services

  • Cancellation within 24 hours prior to booking: S$25.00

  • Cancellation more than 24 hours prior to booking: S$5.00

No Cancellation Charges Apply If:

  • No cleaner has been assigned to your booking.

  • The cancellation was made by Cleaning Assistants.

Missed Appointments:
If our cleaner arrives at your location at the scheduled time and is unable to proceed due to your unavailability, it will be considered a cancellation within 24 hours, and a S$25.00 fee will apply.

Subscription Cleaning Orders

For Customers Who Subscribed Before 4th March 2025:

  • Cancellations must be made before the next payment cycle to avoid charges.

  • No refunds or credits for missed sessions due to unavailability.

For Customers Who Subscribe From 4th March 2025 Onwards (Cleaning Services Only):

  • Cancellation Within First Cycle (4 Sessions): Customers will be charged the difference between the one-time rate and the subscription rate for completed sessions.

  • Cancellation After First Cycle (4 Sessions): No additional charges apply.

  5. Right to Refuse Service: We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if working conditions are unsafe or if a client is uncooperative.
